BOOKING & POLICIES AT A GLANCE

The following highlights some of our most important booking policies. Our Rental Polices are available for review at the time of booking. A complete Rental Agreement containing all House Rules & Policies must be signed within 48 hours of making a reservation.

1. PRICING & OCCUPANCY

• Base rates include 2 guests. Additional guests ages 3 are $20 per person, per night.
• Weekend stays (Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) require a 2-night minimum.
• June, July and October weekends at The Preserve require a 6-guest minimum.
• Major holidays at The Preserve require a 3-night minimum and 6-guest minimum.
• A 6% booking/service fee is charged directly by our third-party online reservation provider. This fee is separate from Creek’s Crossing Cabins and is non-refundable once 20 days have passed from the original booking date.
• Primary guest must be age 21 or older to book. Limited exceptions for responsible guests ages 18–20 may be considered with prior approval.
• Only registered guests are permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
• Creekside welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs. No other pets are permitted.
• The Preserve is not pet-friendly.

PAYMENT

• 50% deposit of lodging costs plus taxes required to hold any reservation
• 6% third party service/booking fee paid in full at booking (non-refundable after 20 days of booking)
• Full balance (including taxes and fees) auto-charged one week before check-in
• Guest authorizes charges to card on file for reservation total, additional fees, excessive cleaning, damages, or violations

CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than 21 days before arrival: Full refund less a 10% cancellation fee
• 8–20 days before arrival: Full refund less a 35% cancellation fee
• 7 days or less before arrival: No refund
• After 20 days from booking: 6% service/booking fee is non-refundable
• Refunds are not provided for reduced guest counts after booking, early departures, inclement weather, medical issues, utility outages or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Cabin access information is provided before arrival after the required Rental Agreement has been signed.

HOUSEKEEPING GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

• Registered guests only: Parties, events and gatherings beyond registered guests are not permitted.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• Smoking/vaping: Not permitted inside either cabin.
• Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at Creekside. Dogs must be supervised and kept off furniture and beds.
• Children & dogs: Please supervise them at all times, particularly around fire pits, grills, Big Pine Creek and wooded areas.
• Fireworks: Fireworks, smoke bombs and similar items are prohibited.
• ATVs: Not permitted on the properties.
• Firewood: Please do not bring firewood from outside the county.
• Care of the cabin: Guests are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. Accidents happen—please let us know promptly if something is damaged so we can address it.

COMPLETE RENTAL AGREEMENT

These are highlights of our most important booking and house policies and are not the complete Rental Agreement. All reservations—whether booked directly, through Airbnb, VRBO or another platform—require a signed Creek's Crossing Cabins Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking.

The complete agreement includes additional House Rules & Policies designed to protect our guests, our cabins and the peaceful surroundings everyone comes to Hocking Hills to enjoy. Please review it carefully after booking, and don't hesitate to contact us with questions.
