The Cabin at Elkin's Pass

TThe Cabin at Elkins Pass is beautifully secluded; it’s situated amidst 72 private acres of natural woodland and surrounded by 16,000 acres of state-owned land.  The massive logs, hand-peeled and transported from Canada to create this lodge-style retreat, blush in a rich red tone.  Far from the city lights, and one third of a mile from the road, the area’s serenity, abundant nature, brilliant starry nights, and winding walking paths provide a welcome haven for any group – a family reunion, a retreat, or other gathering.  Deer, wild turkey, squirrel, birds, and other forest animals populate the woods.  Hunting groups are welcome.

We are located in the Southwest corner of Hocking County, 5 ½ miles from downtown Laurelville, 2 miles from Tar Hollow State Park, 20 miles from the “Tecumseh Outdoor Drama”, and only 22 miles from Hocking Hills State Park Natural Attractions.
