Our Policies
- Weekend stays require a two night minimum
- A weekend stay includes Fri-Sat, Thu-Fri, or Sat-Sun
- Both nights will be charged at the weekend rate
- A three night minimum is required on most holiday weekends
- You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin
- 50% deposit required to hold any reservation
- Full balance is due one week before check-in
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express accepted
- A 6% Lodging Tax will be added to the rental rates
- 75% refund for any cancellation within 21 days of arrival
- No Refund for any cancellation within 7 days of arrival
- All cancellations will be charged a $45 processing fee
- Check-in after 4pm
- Check-out by 11am
- No smoking inside the Cabins
- No pets allowed in The Cabin at the Preserve
- Well-behaved Dogs are welcome at The Cabin at Elkins Pass
